Joe & Brooke attended the same church during college where they met for the first time and eventually fell in love. I had a blast spending the day with this couple. Their day was filled with numerous unforgettable moments (Joe crying after seeing Brooke for the first time, Joe’s brother/best man tearing up during slideshow, etc.) and I was super excited to capture those moments. Brooke contacted me after seeing Steve & Amy’s photos that I did 2 years ago. I love getting clients through referrals. It reminds me that building relationships and networking is so important in this industry. Thanks guys for letting me spend the day with you!

Here are some of my favorite moments from the day: (73 images)

Brooke & her lovely sisters…

Here’s Steve & Amy. I don’t know how these guys do it. They look younger than they did 2 years ago!?

Joe couldn’t hold back the tears when he saw Brooke for the first time that day…

Moms couldn’t keep their hands off their kids…

Love is indeed about commitment…

I never met this couple but I thought they were super cool so I had to take a picture of them…

Brian Randle was one of the guest. He’s pretty camera shy though…

Boys will be boys….

I’m to sexy for my body….

Time to get the party started…

Joe’s brother, a.k.a. Mr. tough guy, couldn’t hold back the tears after seeing how happy Joe was…

I love capturing real moments…

Steve is quite the dancing king…

And they lived happily ever after. :-)

Duncan, Kenny Nakai and I triple tackled this wedding together. We had a great time spending a hot afternoon celebrating this wedding together with this great couple. Their bridal party was a blast too! :-) Thanks for letting us capture your special day. Here are some of our favorite images (50 total):

Virginia is from the east coast but spent good part of her life in the midwest attending school and working. When she finally decided go back to her home town, little did she know that the love of her life would be there waiting for her. She was introduced to Justin by his sister Olivia who happens to be a good friend of Virginia. When the two met, they connected immediately and fell in love. I’m so happy for this couple. Virginia is a good friend of mine and Justin is a perfect fit for her. We got to spend the Forth of July weekend together exploring the historic Old Town in Alexandria, VA shooting their eSession (engagement session). I can’t wait for their wedding in D.C. this winter.

Here are some shots from that day. My new friend/photographer Peter Bang came along with us that day and actually captured the event on video. He is putting together a cool clip from that day so when it’s ready, I will post it here. In the mean time, enjoy and have a great Labor Day weekend!
