Pictage Conference
I am so excited about an upcoming event in May. I just found out today that Pictage (my online photo company) is hosting a two day conference in Chicago. I’ve been trying to learn and network with some of the best in this industry and that opportunity. I’ve traveled as far as California to learn from them and this time, they are coming to my neighborhood! (Rosemont, IL). At this conference I will be able to:
But better yet, this conference will be lead by some of the best in this industry. This is like the All-Star lineup of wedding photography. I can’t wait. This was no-brainer for me. I signed up as soon as i got the email. If you are serious about getting into wedding photography and are from Chicago, you should highly consider attending this event. Hope to see you there!
Isabelle’s 100th Day Celebration
Congratulations to Isabelle Sul for celebrating her 100th day – otherwise known as “baek-il.” In Korea, on the 100th day after a child’s birth, a small feast is prepared to celebrate the child’s having survived this period. Well this was no “small feast” for the Sul family. They have enough family members to create a village! But having all these family members made this occassion a blast.
It was a neat experience. Bobby must have made an announcement to all the family members prior to the event about hiring a photographer. Many families came to the party dressed up to get family photos taken by me. Even an old grandma pull me aside and asked me to take a portrait photo of her! Here’s just a few photos from that night:
