Seattle Experience continues…
EDIT: I’m trying to kill time at PHX airport while waiting for my connecting flight to O’Hare. My gosh it’s hot over here. I almost got cooked coming out of the airplane to the airport in that transport capsule. I would hate to live in PHX during the summer. Any ways, here are just couple more final pics to wrap up the trip here.
Ate at Todai’s. We decided to eat there even though it was $30 instead of the normal $15. To get our money’s worth, we ate like it was our last meal.
I love signs like this. Cracks me up.
This is a hidden gem in Seattle. Emeril once said this place has probably the best coffee in America. I had the white velvet…Yum!

Thanks to the Chang family for being such a great host. Here are more photos from our visit here.

Salumi Deli shop – a must stop for everyone. The owner son of a famous chef from NY makes his own salamis at the store!

Jae n’ Sam eating lunch by the pier
The world famous Pike’s Market

My mecca visit to THE original Starbucks store – where the coffe magic first began!
Notice anything different about the logo here?
Pretending to work behind the bar…
Made my purchase here…with my partner discount! I feel like my purpose for this trip is now complete.

Getting ready to go on the Argosy Boat Tour

Jae was not too happy about this photo

To live on floating houses like this, you first have to purchase the land under the water (which goes for average of $100K and up + the cost to build the house)
Saw bunch of fishing ships like this everywhere
This house with the blue trimming is where they shot a scene from the movie Sleepless in Seattle
A water plane getting ready to land…
All these boats were running away
This coast guard found out I was a photographer and asked me to take a pic of him

Here’s another picture that Jae was not too happy about

Here’s an empty cargo ship docked near a pier. When this ship is full, the red part disappears as it sinks below the sea from all the cargo weight
Kayla wakes up from her long nap and is now all happy

Matt and I received a royal banqueting feast treatment at Jae & Sam’s sheek dang. Two thumbs up! Ask Matt how much he ate.
Hi ho, hi ho, off to hike we go!
At first they look like mighty warriors…
…few minutes later Matt is begging for this hiking trail to end soon.
Can you believe there’s snow in June?

We hiked for 3 hrs to reach the top. We were awarded with this view.
I think I’m going to miss Seattle…sigh
